Ordering

 

Via the website, we use PayPal buttons which will take you to the PayPal shopping cart, where you can checkout or continue shopping.

 

Via E-mail, please email us at sales@five79.co.uk.

 

Postal orders, please send them to Five79, 7 Avocet Court, Leyland, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Where products are available but out of stock, you will be notified by email, please allow up to 3 weeks delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Delivery Charges

 

Post and Packing is charged on top of the cited prices.

 

Orders to UK customers are sent by Royal Mail First Class post, and are charged at £2.00 for one product then multiple products at £3.80 per order, regardless of weight.

 

Overseas orders please email: sales@five79.co.uk. Overseas orders are sent via air mail, £6 stantard, £11 signed for.

 

Payment

 

We can currently only accept PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

 

Via the website we use PayPal buttons which will take you to paypal when you checkout and will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro or your own personel PayPal account.

 

You can order direct from your own PayPal using our account: sales@five79.co.uk. Please ensure you tell us what products your ordering and your address is correct.

 

Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order, made out to ‘Five79’.
